Noise

No noise considerations, the school is on the third floor of the building so
you cannot really hear traffic.

Policies & Pricing

USE OF 1 KITCHEN:
$1,500 base
Minimum rental of 5 hours
$300 per additional hour depending on availability.
USE OF 2 KITCHENS:
$3,000 base
Minimum rental of 5 hours
$600 per additional hour depending on availability
ALL DAY RENTAL (CLOSED TO PUBLIC):
Total access to both kitchens (business closed to public)
Base: $12,000

5/hr minimum per kitchen

i. Payment Terms: Credit card must be provided to hold the date. To
reserve, a 50% deposit is due at time of booking. Final payment is due 48 hours prior to the event. All payments must be made via credit card. We accept all major credit cards. Corporations paying with checks must bring a final check on the day of the event or pay in full at time of deposit.
ii. Cancellation/Date/Time Change Policy: Cancellations will result in the loss of the deposit. We will do our best to accommodate date and time changes with a $100 change fee. Rescheduling must be done at least 1 week prior to the event.

A certificate of Insurance must be provided at time of booking covering a minimum of $1,000,000.

Back office is off-limit; No stunts, smoke, special effect (circumstances must be discussed)
