Annenberg Beach House has a concrete sound baffling wall on PCH to mitigate traffic noise.
The Annenberg Community Beach House at Santa Monica State Beach is a five-acre public facility combining elements of the historic Marion Davies Estate built in 1928 in the Georgian Revival style and original pool designed by architect Julia Morgan. The 2009 renovation by Frederick Fisher and Partners Architecture joins the historic features with contemporary structures and open spaces for a unique and versatile oceanfront/beachfront destination.
